Item Found Report

If any personal items — such as wallets, keys, cash, mobile phones, or company equipment — are found during cleaning, our staff immediately logs the discovery, completes a report, and submits it to your designated manager for verification and sign-off. Supplies Form Report

Running out of essential supplies can be disruptive to daily operations. To prevent this, we actively monitor supply levels as part of our service. We keep track of paper towels, soap, toilet paper, trash bags, seat covers, and other necessary consumables. Whenever supplies are running low, we fill out a detailed report so you can replenish them before they become an issue. When a client has not followed up on a report that Eclipse previously submitted, our team proactively sends out a reminder notice report. Our team records exactly what happened, when and where it took place, and who was involved. Photos are taken to provide visual documentation, which supports accountability and transparency. These reports are then submitted to management so they can review the situation, take corrective action if needed, and maintain a record for future reference or compliance purposes.

Renewal Fire Extinguishers Report Notice

When it is time for renewal, we prepare a clear report notifying clients that action is required.
